The struggle

Hospitality runs on thin margins. Your software shouldn't eat them.

Venues pay premium prices for tools that still miss the basics of modern sales, then pay again for the pieces that should have come in the box.

What venues put up with today

Annual contracts, per-location pricingLocked in for a year, then billed again for every location you add.

Core features sold as add-onsFloor plans, online booking and reporting each sit behind their own paywall.

No AI on the phone. No real CRM.Leads wait hours for a reply and missed calls go nowhere. AI answering means another vendor and another bill.

AI-first

A front desk that never clocks out.

The best lead is the one you answer first. Seat Four is built to put AI on every channel, so no inquiry waits for Monday.

Answers every callAn AI voice agent takes the inquiry, books the tour and hands the call to your team when it should.

Replies in secondsText, email and web chat inquiries get a real answer while the lead is still looking at your site.

Follows up for youLeads that go quiet get a nudge. Proposals that sit unsigned get a reminder.

Writes it all downEvery call and conversation lands on the lead with a summary, so no client is ever asked twice.

Seat Four is in development. AI runs on open-weight models on your own server, or a provider you choose, with no per-message fees from us. Already on GoHighLevel? Its AI keeps working through the optional connector.

Listen to the AI book a wedding tour

Mark just got engaged and calls Seat Four Vineyards. Ava, the AI voice agent, picks up, answers his questions about what is included, catering and the bar, then books the tour and takes his details. Switch engines to compare the voices.

  1. Ava (AI)Thank you for calling Seat Four Vineyards, this is Ava with the events team. How can I help you today?
  2. MarkHey, Ava. Yeah, so, my fiancée and I just got engaged, and we're starting to look at venues for the wedding.
  3. Ava (AI)Oh, congratulations! That is so exciting. I'd love to help. Do you two have a date or a season in mind?
  4. MarkWe're thinking next fall. Probably September, maybe the twentieth.
  5. Ava (AI)September at the vineyard is beautiful, the vines are right at harvest. And about how many guests are you thinking?
  6. MarkAround a hundred and twenty, give or take.
  7. Ava (AI)Perfect, that's a great size for us. Is there anything I can answer for you while I have you?
  8. MarkYeah, actually. What's included? Like, do we have to bring in our own tables and stuff?
  9. Ava (AI)Nope, we've got you covered. Every wedding includes tables, chairs and linens, setup and cleanup, the ceremony on the Terrace, a bridal suite for getting ready, and a day-of coordinator, so you two aren't running the timeline yourselves.
  10. MarkOh, nice. And food? Do you do the catering, or do we find someone?
  11. Ava (AI)Our kitchen does it all in-house. You can go plated, family style, or stations, and once you book, you get a private tasting to build the menu together.
  12. MarkOkay, the tasting just sold me. What about the bar?
  13. Ava (AI)I hear that a lot. We have three bar packages: beer and wine with our own estate wines, a full open bar, and a premium bar with a signature cocktail made just for the two of you. Your coordinator will walk you through each one on the tour.
  14. MarkThat sounds great. Can we come out and see it?
  15. Ava (AI)Absolutely. Seeing it in person is the best way to picture the day. I can do this Saturday at eleven, or Sunday at two. Which works better for you?
  16. MarkSaturday at eleven. My fiancée is going to love this.
  17. Ava (AI)Saturday at eleven it is. Can I get your full name?
  18. MarkMark Thompson.
  19. Ava (AI)Thanks, Mark. And what's the best number for a text confirmation?
  20. MarkIt's five five five, five five five, five five five five.
  21. Ava (AI)Five five five, five five five, five five five five. Got it. And an email for the tour details?
  22. MarkMark at marks wedding dot com.
  23. Ava (AI)Mark at marks wedding dot com. Perfect. You're all set for Saturday at eleven with your event coordinator, Jordan. I'm texting you the address and parking info right now, and you can reply to that text anytime if plans change.
  24. MarkAwesome. Thank you so much, Ava.
  25. Ava (AI)My pleasure, Mark. Congratulations again, and we'll see you both on Saturday!

The feature other platforms charge extra for comes with every event in Seat Four.

  • Real sizes. 60" rounds, 6' banquets, bars, buffets and dance floors at true scale.
  • Live seat count. Seats placed against guests expected and room capacity.
  • Spacing checks. Tables too close for a service aisle get flagged.
  • Goes on the BEO. The plan prints with the event order, so the floor team sees what sales sold.

Works with GoHighLevel, if you use it

Seat Four runs on its own stack. For venues already on GoHighLevel, an optional connector keeps both in sync, so nothing has to change on day one.

  • Optional: keep GoHighLevel for AI replies, texting, email and workflows
  • Seat Four: spaces, floor plans, BEOs, quotes, contracts, deposits, client portal
  • Two-way sync through a GoHighLevel marketplace app
Phase two · Next

Fully open source

Everything a venue might use GoHighLevel for gets an open-source option you host yourself. Then the last subscription goes away.

  • AI replies on open-weight models you run
  • AI phone agent on an open-source voice stack
  • Social media scheduling, self-hosted
Always

Community first

Built with venues, not sold to them. The roadmap, the code and the decisions all happen in public.

  • Shared templates: menus, contracts, floor plans
  • Integrations contributed by the people who need them
  • Roadmap shaped by the venues using it
Optional

Already on GoHighLevel? Keep it.

Seat Four does not need GoHighLevel. If your venue already runs on it, an optional connector syncs both ways, so everything your plan includes keeps working, now tied to your events.

GoHighLevel plans start at$97/moStarter. Unlimited is $297/mo, Agency Pro $497/mo. Usage like texts, calls and AI is billed on top.
Seat Four adds$0.00/moEvents, spaces, floor plans, BEOs, quotes, contracts, deposits and the client portal.

We are not a GoHighLevel affiliate, partner or reseller, and we take no commission, referral fee or payment of any kind from GoHighLevel. Prices from gohighlevel.com/pricing, October 2026, for reference only.

Questions

The honest answers

Is Seat Four really free?

Yes. The software costs $0.00 a month, forever, with every feature, user and location included. There is no license fee, no paid tier and no platform fee. You pay only the providers you choose yourself: a server, your phone carrier, card processing and, if you pick one, an AI provider, all at their normal rates.

What's the catch?

You host it yourself, so you rent a small server and someone has to set it up. In return the software and every byte of your data are yours, with no vendor in between.

Do I need to be technical?

Not very. If you can rent a server and follow a short guide, you can run Seat Four. The community can help, and any IT person can install it for you.

Can I keep GoHighLevel?

Yes, if you want to. Seat Four runs on its own stack and does not need GoHighLevel. If you already use it, an optional connector keeps both in sync. We are not a GoHighLevel affiliate, partner or reseller, and we take no commission or referral fee.

Who owns my data?

You do. It lives in a database on your server, and you can export all of it at any time.

Which AI does it use?

Your choice. Seat Four is built for open-weight models on your own hardware, or an AI provider you pick. Already on GoHighLevel? Its AI can keep working through the optional connector.

When can I use it?

Seat Four is in active development. Join the beta list to test it at your venue and to hear first when the code goes public.

Who is behind it?

People who run venues and got tired of paying for software that did not keep up. It is a community project, and anyone can join in.
