Ride along with GoHighLevel. Then walk away clean.
Phase one plugs Seat Four into the CRM you may already pay for. Phase two swaps every paid piece for open-source software on your own server. No big-bang migration. No hostage situation.
- Connector live at a working venue
- Phase two planned
- Release not yet

Seat Four runs the venue. GoHighLevel keeps the inbox.
Most venues already have a CRM doing the talking: texts, email, follow-ups, an AI on the phone. Seat Four leaves that alone and takes over what it was never built for: rooms, rules, paperwork and money. Click anything to see where its data lives.
Not on GoHighLevel? Skip this side. Seat Four runs on its own and the connector stays off. If you are, it writes the stages, fields and tags your flows already listen for and never rebuilds them.
Spaces calendar with clash checks
Running live. The connector runs at a working venue today, syncing real leads every day. Every new connection starts in a safe test mode, so nothing reaches a client until you switch it on. GoHighLevel is optional, and Seat Four is not affiliated with it, endorsed by it or a reseller of it.
Ten seconds to change your mind
Every write to GoHighLevel waits in an outbox first. Send a text below and watch it. This is a simulation of the design, not a real message.
Nothing in the outbox.
From “are you free in June?” to a deposit in the bank
Press play, or click any stop. Five ways in, one pipeline, an answer while the lead is still holding their phone.
A lead arrives
DesignedAnimation with sample names. The real flow runs live at a working venue today.
The phone rings. Your screen already knows who it is.
Seat Four does not replace your phone system. It makes it smarter. We use 3CX, and we explain why and what the alternatives cost on the phones page.
- Live todayA 3CX template looks callers up in GoHighLevel when a call comes in.
- Built, mock-testedClick-to-call from Seat Four is tested against a mock, not a real phone line.
- PlannedCall logs back into the CRM, and a caller popup inside Seat Four itself.
The path off every subscription
Flip the switch. Every job GoHighLevel does gets an open-source (or at least bring-your-own) replacement that you host. Keep the features. Drop the bill. Tap a tile for the honest details.
Pick a tile
PlannedEach tile shows a job GoHighLevel does today and the open tool that would take it over. Nothing on this list is switched on for you without a decision from you.
See the details
Open source never stands still. Neither should your stack.
New open-source projects show up every week, and the AI models get better every month. A closed platform makes you wait for its roadmap. Seat Four plugs every outside tool in through a connector slot, so a product, a model or a whole connector can be swapped when something better arrives.
That is the beauty of open source, and of hosting it yourself. Nobody can reprice you, retire the feature you rely on or sit on your data. We are fluid on purpose. We want your input: tell us which tool you would rather run, and as new projects pop up we want to use them and support them.
Yes, we picked a bigger number than a certain competitor. Four. Mathematically, we win.

over 100 test files, 18 database migrations, each with a down migration
- Every published port is bound to 127.0.0.1. Nothing listens on 0.0.0.0.
- The GoHighLevel app uses only GoHighLevel's official v2 API. A CI check fails the build if code names anything else.
- A licence allowlist runs in CI, so a dependency with the wrong licence cannot sneak in.
- Every connector starts in dry-run mode with an allowlist. Writes go through an idempotent outbox with a 10 second undo.
- Rooms are protected by a Postgres exclusion constraint, not by hoping the UI behaves.
Not released. The release licence is decided at release time, and we are working it out in public on the license page. Interested in contributing early? Join the beta list and say so.
The build pipeline, out in the open
No vaporware, no vague promises. This is exactly where Seat Four stands today.
Works with GoHighLevel, if you use it
Seat Four runs on its own stack. For venues already on GoHighLevel, an optional connector keeps both in sync, so nothing has to change on day one.
- Optional: keep GoHighLevel for AI replies, texting, email and workflows
- Seat Four: spaces, floor plans, BEOs, quotes, contracts, deposits, client portal
- Two-way sync through a private GoHighLevel marketplace app, running live at a working venue
The full open stack
Everything a venue might use GoHighLevel for gets an open-source option you host yourself. Then the last subscription goes away. None of this is built yet.
- AI replies on open-weight models you run
- AI phone agent on an open-source voice stack
- Social media scheduling, self-hosted
Community first
Built with venues, not sold to them. The roadmap, the code and the decisions all happen in public.
- Shared templates: menus, contracts, floor plans
- Integrations contributed by the people who need them
- Roadmap shaped by the venues using it
A venue platform that keeps growing after we stop typing
Phase one gets you running beside the tools you already use. Phase two removes the last subscription. After that, the community plants new tiles.
- Online booking, nightclub tools, staffing and finance are on the planned list. None of them has a date, and we will not invent one.
- Integrations come from the people who need them. If your marketplace, PBX or payroll tool has an open door, someone can build the connector.
- Your data stays on your server while all of that happens.

The honest answers
Do I need GoHighLevel to use Seat Four?
No. Seat Four runs on its own database and stack. If you already use GoHighLevel, an optional connector keeps the two in sync so you can change one thing at a time. We are not affiliated with GoHighLevel, not endorsed by it and not a reseller, and we earn nothing if you use it.
Is the GoHighLevel connector live?
It is running live at a working venue today, syncing real leads. It is a private marketplace app for now, and other venues get it with the private beta.
Who sends the texts and emails?
In phase one GoHighLevel sends them, from your numbers and your mail domain. Seat Four composes and queues each message in an outbox with a 10 second undo. Real delivery through a live account is still an exit test we have not run.
Can I really swap the tools later?
That is how it is designed. Outside tools plug in through connector slots, so a CRM, an AI model or a voice agent can be exchanged without rebuilding the rest. Today the slots and test stand-ins exist and the GoHighLevel side is built. The open-source replacements are planned, not built.
When can I use it?
